We recently had an urgent visit, and Devin went above and beyond. Dr. Greer’s bedside manner was amazing as well. They prevented our puppy from needing surgery. (Guess who ate the missing shoe strap?)

I had an emergency with my 14 year old cat Edward! He had cancer and on Tuesday night he started falling over! I rushed him to this vet and I was so welcomed and felt so peaceful due to the doctor and the employees at this location! Edward went to the rainbow bridge with so much compassion and kindness. Thank you to the staff you guys were the best

We had come serval times over the last few weeks whiling looking for a primary vet. We came in about a uti and found out our baby had kidney disease. Everyone there was so incredibly kind and loving to our pup and us. In the end, we had to make the decision to say goodbye but the folks here gave us time. One last Christmas with our baby girl and that means more than words can express, so thank you from myself, my husband, and our sweet Sofie.

Thank you, Schelbi and Dr. McCradic for taking such good care of my Mowgli. We had to visit an ER as my dog at a corn cob. Schelbi and Dr McCradic were so gentle with Mowgli and made him comformrable so that he could go through the procedure.They kept us informed and explained entire process and plan of how they were going to treat him. I’m so thankful to both for taking care of Mowgli 😊

Dr Greer provided great customer service. She was very attentive and is a very good listener. She was very thorough with the physical exam. Maranda, the vet tech, took vitals and H&P. They offered snacks and water, or coffee while we waited for test results. I was mostly impressed with the staff not rushing us even though the visit was running past closing time. That's amazing customer service!

We had some worries for our sweet puppy Lady that she might’ve had a cherry eye (she has had one before), we called to let them know of the symptoms and situation — UrgentVet was very calm and friendly to answer our questions and concerns and told us to go ahead and bring Lady in. We get there and Schelbi greeted us at the door. Schelbi is absolutely amazing, kind, and took such good care of our sweet Lady — even made sure my husband and I were ok and felt comfortable as well! Dr. McCradic is also very amazing, took very good care of Lady and helped treat her, prepare us if there is a need for surgery in the future, and answered any questions or concerns we had. Dr. McCradic and Schelbi were so gentle and sweet to Lady and helped both my husband and I feel calm and supported! Lady is very timid, but she did so well with these two professionals. They are both truly amazing and my husband, me, and Lady are all very thankful for how officiant and kind this team is! We’re so thankful for their help!

Amazing team and experience! My dog had a UTI and I was able to book an appointment right after work and be seen immediately. My dog is naturally scared and anxious at the vet, but the staff was incredibly patient and kind with him. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend! We want to give a Huge Shout Out to Vet Tech Devin and Veterinarian Dr. Greer. Our puppy dog Mia hurt her back paw while playing with her sister Olive. Devin and Dr. Greer took great care of Mia that night. They are incredibly knowledgeable and took time to address all our questions without making us feel rushed. The care and professionalism is so much better than our current vet we opted to do our next 3 follow ups with Devin and Dr. Greer. Overall; The staff is very friendly and accommodating when you arrive. The facilities are clean and very well lit. The service is outstanding. The bill was detailed, so you know what you were paying for. The diagnoses and treatment was easy to understand. We have insurance for our dogs, and this helps a lot when submitting paperwork. The UrgentVet we went to is located at 2727 Main St. We highly recommend them if you love your pets like we do.
